You guys may or may not have noticed that for the most part I always wear my hair the same way, straight, parted on the left, and sometimes with a headband. The primary reason for this is that I have hair that's short, thin, and extremely delicate. This makes it hard and risky to try out new hairstyles. I've been saying for awhile that I want to grow out my hair so I can wear it in two braids all the time because it's a hairstyle that looks good with my face and it's not super hard. I decided to wear it even though my hair is still short, and I love the way it turned out.
I'm still trying to teach myself how to do this braid, so my mom has been doing it for me, but I plan to spend the summer working on it. If you want to learn how to do it as well, you can look up french braids on youtube!
Also, even though I won't be attending Coachella this weekend (I wish!), I think this would be super comfortable and breezy for a festival in the summer!
